Eco Project 「Kashiwa Fashion Recycle Project」!!
On February 22, Sunday, a number of our students participated in
Kashiwa Fashion Recycle Project which aims to raise ecological awareness.
The project consisted of a fashion show called Remake Fashion Show
held at Howdy Mall located in front of the JR Kashiwa station.
The Kashiwa Fashion Recycle Project is a new effort to establish a culture of environmental awareness in Kashiwa. The project collected over 700 items
of used clothing which our students redesigned to make their own fashion-wear.
These new designs, about 30 in total, were shown at the Remake Fashion Show. 
The Remake Fashion Show also featured performances such as
various forms of dance, juggling, BMX stunts, and Double Dutch jump roping.
Our students also designed the performers' costumes.
Many Kashiwa locals came out to see the event.
